In 1990, Katherine Perry directed Kia's Kids, a one-hour video documentary about Kia Portafekas, a woman who teaches children to write their own music. Kia's Kids has aired on Manhattan Cable D#17, Cablevision of PA Ch 5, Boston neighborhood Network TV Ch 3, Dimension Cable in Phoenix AZ and TCI Scottsdale Cable.

In 1995, Doubles was completed, a 30 minute
teleplay about a woman who is driven mad by coincidences. Doubles,
a 16mm short film, screened at Tribeca Film Center and the Anjelika Film
Center as part of IFFM.

In 1996 she shot Round Trip, a feature on
Digi-Beta produced and directed by Keith Behrle for Front Line Films. |

In 1997, she shot footage for A Circle of Women, a
feature length documentary about Native Americans conceived and directed by
Gayle Anne Kelley, and executive produced by Goldie Hawn. |

Currently Katherine is in post-production on her short 16mm
film Ecco Goes to the Beach, about a dog who takes a vacation.
She is working to raise money for a feature-length version of this film. |
