Katherine Perry is director of Perry Productions, a video
production company in operation since 1989. Her corporate clients include
Bloomingdales, Matchbox,
Modell's Sporting Goods,
and Lever Brothers. She has taped numerous
political personalities including Senator Edward Kennedy and Mario Cuomo as well
as celebrities such as Michael J. Fox, Cicily Tyson and Diana Ross.
Katherine Perry also works extensively
with children and in 1990 directed and edited the documentary Kia's Kids about
a woman who teaches children to write their own music. Kias Kids aired on cable
networks in Manhattan, Long Island, Queens, Pennsylvania, Boston and Arizona.

In 1997, Katherine served as camera operator and line producer for
the independent feature film Round Trip directed by Keith Behrle. In 1998
she shot footage for A Circle of Women, a feature documentary about Native
Americans produced by Gayle Anne Kelley. She has also written, produced and
directed two short 16mm films of her own; Doubles which was screened at IFP
in 1996 and Ecco Goes to the Beach, which is currently in post-production. |

Prior to the formation of her production company, Katherine worked
for CBS Records and the post-production facility Panavideo. Clients included
Friday Night Videos, Lancit Media and Reading Rainbow. |
Katherine Perry is a graduate of NYU with bachelor degrees in drama
and journalism and a certificate in film. |
